Northwood Serenity

I graduated the Massage Therapy program in 2007 at WITC-Ashland, WI. I have learned Myofascial Release with John Barnes in 2008; Vitaflex and Raindrop Therapy in 2016; Dynamic Body Balancing in 2017 with Dr. Carol Phillips; Level I Abdominal Therapy in 2019 and the basics of Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2022. I believe the body has the innate ability to heal and I try to offer the appropriate space and time for that to happen. I often integrate a variety of techniques in my bodywork.
